"Let them have dominion over all the earth."

Adam lost the rulership mandate through disobedience to God's word.

Jesus came to seek and to save that which was lost, by restoring all of mankind back into fellowship with God as kings and priests (Revelation 1:6). He raised the poor from the dust, and lifted the beggar from the ash heap.
